I¡¯m sending an update of my previous review. The company reached out (great customer service) fixed my issues. I was really shocked that they went through a good deal to ensure I was happy. It was just a one off incident and like I said originally, the hair is GORGEOUS and BOUNCY. It¡¯s super straight which I love because most companies ¡°straight¡± hair is never straight. This goes bone with one flat iron swipe.Impressive company and thank you for fixing my issue.
Lots of broken hairs throughout the bundles and it sheds a lot.Update: customer service has reached out to me to fix my concerns. One of the Reps was so pleasant. She listened to my situation and worked very hard to fix it. We ran into quite a few communication issues however she was worked effectively to fix them. Thanks Anne, for your quality customer service, and a 5 star attitude.
This is one of my favorite wigs purchased! It¡¯s not as full as I wanted BUT it¡¯s great for the price paid. I purchased this wig in December so we¡¯re almost 6 months in. It¡¯s been washed and worn in its natural state as well as curled. I love it and will definitely be ordering again.
Love how soft it is and the length. I was skeptical but this wig is really nice for the price!! I usually buy expensive hair so I know a good wig when I come across one so if you are skeptical don¡¯t be.It has some shedding but it¡¯s tolerable, It¡¯s really good for the price, I would buy it again to save a Couple hundred. P.S. the customer service is good also! I love this company!!

After i saw the amazing reviews on this unit i had to try it for myself! Nonetheless im completely satisfied with my purchase! And it goes in a high ponytail!! The texture and softness of this wig is everything! I 100% recommended purchasing this wig! And as for the price WHAT! The price is just a price that u cant beat! Beautiful wig + amazing price = WINNER! I will be ordering again. (Wig installed by me) (im 19 btw lol)
This was the first human hair wig I've ever tried on, so I don't really have anything to compare it to. I ordered 2 wigs at the same time and this one arrived first. This did end up being the better of the 2 that I ordered (the other was from a different company). I really like the wig and the hair, it is very soft and silky! I can't stop petting it, lol. I got the 16 inch. I have no problems with the cap construction or the amount of hair on the wig. Actually, it's a bit thick for me (I have severe hair loss, so pretty much any hair feels thick to me), and I had to thin it out a bit. Definitely no problems with wefts showing or anything. This being my first wig, I didn't know anything about lace color, and I discovered that medium brown is too dark for me (I'd be better off with transparent) but that isn't the fault of this wig. The description is very clear. Now I know! Anyway, I am quite happy with the quality of the wig, and wish they sold them with other lace colors so I could try a different one! I'd have no problem buying from them again if they did. The customer service is very attentive and the shipping was very quick.
