I ordered this on a Friday and it got to me the following Tuesday shipping was great the sellers are always very active in communication I love this vendor I’ve been getting my hair from them for years and have never been disappointed. The hair is soft doesn’t tangle I bleached the knots and washed the unit before I installed it and it held up great. Little to no shedding and no tangling while I washed it I really love this hair!
